Steve Apfelbaum Named a Fellow of the Ecological Society of America

SteveApfelbaum5-720x480Brodhead, WI – Applied Ecological Services (AES) is pleased to announce that Steven I. Apfelbaum, M.S., Founder and Chairman, was recently named a Fellow of the Ecological Society of America (ESA).

Every year, ESA designates as Fellows of the Society certain members who have made outstanding contributions to the ecological sciences. Steve was recognized for his “contributions to innovative, successful ecological research, restoration, and conservation projects in the Americas.”

Steve has conducted ecological research, designed award-winning projects, successfully navigated regulatory programs, and contributed his scientific expertise and unique creative approach to over 7,000 projects throughout the U.S. and the world. He is one of the leading ecological consultants in the U.S., providing insight and design solutions at the intersection of ecological systems and developed land uses.
