Since 2000, Brian Kwiatkowski has been a Certified Professional Ecologist (CE) and fluvial geomorphologist in the water resources and ecological restoration fields. He is Rosgen – Level IV certified in Natural Channel Design methods and has additional training in the analysis and design of riverine systems, including Newbury Hydraulics.
Brian has collected and analyzed data on more than 400 miles of open channel throughout North America. He has also contributed to stormwater best management practice (BMP) manuals addressing the design of open channels, design of storm drainage facilities, green infrastructure planning, and water quality improvement. His responsibilities include restoration design, data analysis and calculations, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling. Brian also prepares technical specifications, construction bid documents, cost opinions, permitting documents, and provides construction oversight.
