Minnesota Office
We've been a leader in sustainability and green design for nearly 30 years. Sustainability is not a trend with us--it's the scientific foundation for everything we do. Our company was founded and is led by ecologists and like-minded engineers, landscape architects, and planners. We propagate and harvest our own native seed and plants, to maintain the highest level of quality. We also build the ecological projects we design. We apply our research and science in unique approaches to stormwater management, landscaping, site design, land planning, ecosystem restoration, and habitat management. We've tackled wetland banking, wind energy projects, water conservation in developments, and carbon sequestration research. In thousands of projects across the country, we are recognized as value-added problem-solvers for people who want to design and build for sustainability.
We opened our Minnesota office in 2000 and established the Spring Lake Restoration Nursery in a century-old farmhouse in 2003. Our combined nursery-contracting-consulting operation enables us to design and build ecological projects of all types, from subdivisions and mixed use developments, to parks and nature preserves.
