Elliott Duemler provides native-plant industry leadership in the Great Plains Region as Nursery Manager for Taylor Creek Restoration Nurseries. His responsibilities include public education, native-plant propagation and maintenance, custom seed collection, oversight of nursery operations, and management of outside sales representatives.
Duemler has been instrumental in the development and organization of a large nursery-build project for the City of Albany (NY) and the Albany Pine Bush Nature Preserve dedicated to the restoration of the endangered Pine Bush Ecosystem. He has previous experience as a Prairie Restoration Intern for the Missouri Botanical Gardens, Litzsinger Road Ecology Center, and as a wilderness surveyor for the USFS. Duemler currently sits on the executive committee of Grow Native, a program of the Missouri Prairie Foundation.
