Cory deCharms has worked in a variety of roles at AES. Along with his expertise in restoration techniques, he adds his experience as a property manager, builder, and farmer to the mix. He joined AES in the fall of 2013 as a member of the Pennsylvania crew working on the Longwood Gardens Meadow expansion project. The following spring he joined AES in Wisconsin.
Cory has supervised crews working on projects large and small and has experience working with project managers, estimators and planners. He operates all the types of equipment that are needed for the restoration process (excavators, bulldozers, tractors, trucks, marsh masters, etc.). While at AES he has worked on stream and prairie restoration, wetland mitigation, and forest reclamation.
Some of his projects include: Carpenters Creek, Bay lakes Phrag Dragon, West Campus, Riverboat Road, Newark Ohio Landfill, Ulao Creek, Milwaukee River Channel, and Longwood Gardens Meadow Expansion.
