New Film Unbroken Ground Explores the Connection between Agriculture and Climate Change

on June 28, 2016

Have you often wondered what’s really in our food?

Unbroken Ground, a new film from Patagonia Provisions, explores the relationship of agriculture and our food choices to climate change.

The 25-minute film also investigates how we can make our food better. Rather than using a faster and cheaper model, which depletes nutrients and topsoil, to bring food to the table, Unbroken Ground looks to regenerative agriculture to provide solutions to the environmental crisis.

AES’ Steve Apfelbaum, who has been involved in soil carbon research throughout the U.S., is also featured in the film.

Film screenings will be shown throughout the 2016 summer months in cities across the U.S. Click here for to learn more and for a full list of cities and tour dates.
